SpiderWe have undertaken an initiative to provide on-site drills to all of our employees. The drills will be performed by our in house trainer. With the permission of our client, our trainer will periodically come to their work site and have our medic perform a scenario. The client will have the option to include the crew as well. Out trainer will document the drill results with positive observations and recommendations for improvement. A copy of this documentation will be given to our medic and to our client for their records. Each drill will be specifically composed to cover the competencies required by the Alberta College of Paramedics, the applicable Legislation and other Regulatory agency requirements.
